We created the Tahoe Cosmetic Dermatology website to give you an overview of our cosmetic dermatology practice and holistic philosophies. In our services section you can find out more about our wide variety of non-invasive, safe procedures.
We specialize in Botox, Thermage skin tightening, Laser Treatments, FatDissolve, Juvederm, Restylane, Radiesse and Sculptra dermal fillers. Tahoe Cosmetic Dermatology is also here for your General Dermatology needs.
Medicare insurance is accepted for seniors, and we are currently contracted with Anthem BC/BS, Cigna, and United Healthcare and in the process of securing insurance contracts with other companies for private insurance. Call our office for details.

General Information
We strive for quick appointments and little waiting upon arrival. All new patients are offered a tour of our sophisticated facility.
Medicare insurance is accepted for seniors. For others, price quotes are always given in advance, and payment is expected at the time of service.
We may agree to bill your insurance for covered expensive procedures, such as the removal of skin cancers. In general, our prices are very reasonable.
We keep costs down by avoiding unnecessary complicated procedures (when a simple one is adequate); we avoid extra office visits and biopsies of skin growths that are obviously harmless.
Those interested in cosmetic procedures are shown the finest non-surgical equipment available and provided with a complimentary, no-pressure cosmetic consultation with Dr. Degnan in easy to understand terminology.
